Introduction

This Privacy Policy sets out how we use and protect any information that you provide us when you join a webinar or a online course.
V-Zones Trading  is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified  then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy policy.
The website http://www.v-zonestrading.com does not collect any data from you other than IP Address and web analytics data.
So when visiting our site you can do so with complete piece of mind.

What personal information we collect

Other than IP Address and web analytics data Which is collected from viewing the site we only collect personal data such as emails when you sign up for one of our  online webinars or if you contact V-zones trading direct via email,we will store that email data.

Any other personal information such as First Name, Last Name, Phone, Country, Address, City, County, Postcode is only collected when you sign up for the V-Zones Boot-camp course and this information is collected from you by the processing a None disclosure agreement.

How we collect personal information

We collect personal information directly from you when you provide it to us
We collect your personal information when you provide it to us when you complete membership registration, purchase a course, enquire about a course, contact us to enquire about a service or send us a communication via email, phone call or other correspondence .
We may also collect personal information from telephone/Skype calls and/or other correspondence with you.
We may receive personal information about you from other sources. In particular:
Financial and/or transactional details from payment providers.( this is not kept on file)

How and why we use personal information

We will use your personal information:
1. To fulfil a contract, like when you purchase a course/ membership.
2. Where this is necessary for purposes which are in our, or third parties, legitimate interests. The interests include:
a. providing you with access to the services described on our website;
b. verifying your identity when you sign in to view Video recording and other online material.
c. responding to your queries and helping facilitate the resolution of any disputes;
d. updating you with operational news and information about our website and services e.g. to notify you about changes to our website, website disruptions or security updates;
e. carrying out technical analysis to determine how to improve the website and services we provide;
f. managing our relationship with you e.g. by responding to your comments or queries or complaints submitted to us or asking for your feedback;

Some of our services (e.g. accessing the free webinar recordings, reading our blogs) do not require any form of registration, allowing you to visit our website without telling us who you are. However, some of our services will require you to provide us with your personal information. Note that if you choose to withhold any personal information requested by us,  it may not be possible for you to gain access to  the  membership service, access to our online courses and for us to respond to any of your queries.

None members Email address and First Name and last Name may be shared to the following recipients:

1. Authors and/or instructors of the V-zone boot-camp course  or online webinars  so they can facilitate support.
2. Subcontractors and service providers who assist us in connection with the ways we use personal information (as set out above), in particular:
a. chat room services which are located in the US;
b. technical and customer support services which are located in the EU;

Note that our subcontractors and service providers may also transfer and access such information from other countries in which they have operations.
1. Business Partners and affiliates for our and our affiliates’ internal business purposes or to provide your with a service that you have requested;
2. Our professional advisers (lawyers, accountants, financial advisers, etc.) which are located in the EU, US and/or Singapore

Members  personal data such as Email Address, First Name, Last Name, Phone, Country, Address, City, County, Postcode may be disclosed  to the following recipients:

1. Our professional advisers (lawyers, accountants, financial advisers, etc.) which are located in the EU, US and/or Singapore.

How we store/or Transfer your personal information

We are based in the UK so your data will be processed in the UK and the EU. Some of the recipients we have described above and to whom we disclose your personal information, are based outside the UK and the EU in places like the US. We do this on the basis of your consent to this policy. In order to protect your information, we take care where possible to work with subcontractors, service providers, business partners, affiliates and professional advisers who we believe maintain an acceptable standard of data security compliance.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical,  procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect, including secure data storage facilities
As we do not collect any personal information from the Website V-zonestrading.com nothing is stored electronically other than email addresses and personal information collected directly from you via email communications.

Where we have your consent to do so (e.g. if you have subscribed to our webinars or have consented that you’d like to hear about our offers, courses, services and educational blogs), we send you marketing communications by email about courses and services that we feel may be of interest to you. You can ‘opt-out’ of such communications if you would prefer not to receive them in the future at any time by emailing info@v-zonestrading.com with ‘unsubscribe’ as the title

We are using Google Analytics for tracking of our website traffic and the user data retention period is 26 months.

How long we keep your personal information

We retain your personal information for as long as is necessary to provide the services to you and others, and to comply with our legal obligations (e.g. for UK tax purposes, records should be kept for 6 years).

All personal information collected for the processing of the None Disclosure agreement  shall be held for as long as needed.
Please note that if you request the erasure of your personal information we will retain information from deleted accounts as necessary for our legitimate business interests, to comply with the law, prevent fraud, collect fees, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with investigations, enforce the terms of service and take other actions permitted by law. The information we retain will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
